The awareness phase is communicated under the slogan “Baš te boli”. This everyday expression, widely used across the Balkans, can convey two opposite meanings: “You couldn’t care less” and “You couldn’t care more.” The slogan uses this contrast to challenge indifference and encourage empathy and action when people encounter hate speech online.

The awareness campaign uses the slogan “Baš te boli.” This is a common phrase in the Balkans. The phrase can have two different meanings:
“You don’t care at all.”
“You care very much.”

The campaign uses these two meanings to make people think. It encourages young people to care when they see hate speech online, to show empathy, and to take action instead of ignoring the problem.

The initiative continues through expert lectures and interactive workshops for secondary school students, implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation of Montenegro.
